Sourcing Masterclass: Panel Discussion
Seattle is known for coffee, craft beer, software, rain, and music. Seattle is also known in talent acquisition circles as the home of some remarkable talent sourcers. On November 7th, we will have an expert panel of talent sourcers including Amybeth Quinn, James Temple, and Dean Da Costa.
The focus of the conversation will be on the top three areas that recruiters/talent sourcers are asked to deliver: Talent Mapping; Talent Profiling; and Talent Engagement. Regardless of what you do in the talent acquisition space, this information will be relevant to your work.

About Our Panelists:
Amybeth started her career as an Internet researcher and continued to develop skills in networking, information retrieval methods, company profiling, competitive intelligence research, skills training, and various strategic sourcing initiatives. As an IC, she's been a researcher, sourcer, and full cycle recruiter. As a manager/leader she's led sourcing teams from one to sixteen individuals and managed international publications, and built and scaled strategic sourcing initiatives in a couple different organizations. Currently, Amybeth conducts and curates market intelligence research and crafts this information into actionable insights for talent attraction and hiring needs.
James earned his industry stripes over the past 19 years. As a talent consultant, he has focused on strategic sourcing for various companies like Microsoft and T-Mobile. James enjoys providing hacks and share-backs to the industry at all the leading conferences. When not daydreaming about work, James enjoys all things automotive and outdoors plus QT with his young family.
Dean Da Costa
Da Costa is a decorated veteran and recognized sourcing expert with more than 20 years of experience. He writes "The Search Authority", one of the most influential blogs in the business.
Dean began his career while in the military, connecting the dots from resume writing to making employer contacts for fellow service members who were entering civilian life.
He has spoken at numerous conferences to include Sourcecon, Talent42, and Recruiting trends.
He is best known for his work in the highly difficult security and mobile arena’s, and the gold star winning numbers he produced. His keen insight and creation of ground breaking tools and processes, to enhance and change staffing as we know it, have proven he is a “Staffing Thought Leader”. Despite all this he remains first and foremost one of the top sourcers and full cycle recruiters in the industry and a true “Search Authority”.
