Zoe Stamolis is Vice President of Parker Staffing; she sets the vision and manages strategic planning for a division staffed by recruiters, account managers, and support staff. She joined Parker Staffing Services in 1995 as the director of sales. Zoe began her career in the staffing industry in 1981. Before Parker, she held management positions at ADECCO, CDI and Volt Services Group, all based in the Pacific Northwest. Zoe plays an active role in the leadership of prominent human resources associations. She has been Membership Co-Chair of the NorthWest Recruiters Association since 2005 and a board member of both Help Desk Northwest and Northwest Call Center Professionals.

Finance ChairAndrew Holtzclaw is currently a Recruiting Manager at Amazon, overseeing multiple recruiting teams including the Hardlines and Retail Systems organizations. Andrew has been at Amazon for over 6 years, working across organizations such as Fulfillment, Amazon Echo, and others. Prior to Amazon, Andrew worked for a non-profit organization in Memphis, Tennessee. He lives in Seattle with his wife Susan, and two children, John and Miriam.
