As the unemployment rates continue to shrink; the recruiting culture is booming in the Portland Metro Area. The NWRA brings together the community of recruiters; from startups to big businesses across an ever-growing diversity of industries. We strive in connecting all types of recruiting talent to the pulse of this vibrant and evolving industry.
The Northwest Recruiters Association is a nonprofit organization established to serve those in the recruiting profession as a forum for education, networking and information dissemination in a non-competitive environment. We strive to offer ways to develop members' recruiting skills and knowledge in order for them to promote professionalism among the recruiting industry and the broader workplace community. Membership includes technical and non-technical recruiting professionals dedicated to the process of identifying, attracting and hiring individuals to organizations in the Puget Sound area.
