Diane Spencer is current President of NWRA and mytalentpartners.com. Diane has been a part of the Board of Directors since 2017.
With a background in sales and marketing Diane leads the charge in forming teams, scaling, and leadership. Her unrelenting ability to improve programmatic practices, develop efficient workflows, and at times, employ unconventional tactics. She has 20 years' experience in with enterprise accounts and fortune 100 companies.
Diane’s breadth of prior experiences in leadership, recruiting, and account management has proven invaluable to NWRA and her clients.
Diane holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Marketing and has three additional certifications in recruiting. Two with AIRS (CIR and PRC) and one certification in Behavioral Interviews (CBI).
When she is not leading the charge in recruiting Diane is spending time as a PSIA ski instructor, white water paddler, and surfing the coast.
Marvin is a SME in leveraging tools and technology that enhances the human touch in talent acquisition. As a marketer that works in talent acquisition, he focuses on strategies for talent communities, talent sourcing, recruitment marketing, and talent engagement (aka the candidate experience). Marvin’s current role with a Fortune 50 organization (Lockheed Martin) focuses on HR technology (automated recruitment marketing), strategic talent sourcing and creating talent communities for key talent segments. Previously, he held positions in strategic talent sourcing, social recruiting & recruitment marketing program management with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation; Blackberry; and Microsoft.
Nicole Bowers is the director of talent acquisition at Brighton Jones, the largest wealth management firm in Washington State and one of the fastest growing in the nation. What sets her apart from other recruiters is her focus not only on filling openings and improving the company’s hiring process, but also on making the candidate experience remarkable. Nicole has worked in the financial services industry for over two decades. Prior to Brighton Jones, she was a vice president at Goldman Sachs for more than 14 years. Nicole lives in Seattle with her husband Todd, two boys, Colin and Rhys, and their puppy Holly.
Zoe Stamolis is Vice President of Parker Staffing; she sets the vision and manages strategic planning for a division staffed by recruiters, account managers, and support staff. She joined Parker Staffing Services in 1995 as the director of sales. Zoe began her career in the staffing industry in 1981. Before Parker, she held management positions at ADECCO, CDI and Volt Services Group, all based in the Pacific Northwest. Zoe plays an active role in the leadership of prominent human resources associations. She has been Membership Co-Chair of the NorthWest Recruiters Association since 2005 and a board member of both Help Desk Northwest and Northwest Call Center Professionals.
Jennifer's primary career in talent acquisition has covered, direct sourcing, full-cycle recruitment, determining hiring process, develop the candidate and recruiting experience, establish solid partnerships with hiring managers, collaborate on recruitment and sourcing strategies, serve as an employer branding ambassador and ignite social recruitment and marketing strategies.
Over the past 8 years Jennifer's experience in the recruiting and staffing industry has also expanded in the Human Resources arena with focuses in: Employee Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, Bonus Analysis, Employee Record and Document Management, and New Hire On-Boarding.
She's partnered with internal marketing teams on social recruiting strategies and was a brand ambassador at WE Communications. Additionally she's serving as a Board member on the NWRA Seattle chapter as the Brand and Communications Chair.
Most recently, she had been a Sr. Talent Scout for T-Mobile, supporting the Corporate Communications, Corporate Real Estate, Corporate Security, and Enterprise Program Office teams.
Currently, she’s the Talent Sourcer for the new alliance of Nestlé Starbucks Coffee providing local consult on recruiting talent and is searching for Marketing, Finance, Sales, and CPG experience to join the growing partnership!
Tasha currently dedicates her passion for connecting great people with great opportunities at MacDonald-Miller Facility Solutions. Her primary responsibility is to source, interview and hire for positions across the company. As a member of the internal Human Resources team, she also leads recruiting strategy and initiatives such as Employer Branding, Diversity and Inclusion, On-boarding, Compensation, and training for hiring managers. She is relied upon to drive Lean initiatives and process improvement, with these strengths and a knack for organization and time management she has been appointed Operations Chair for the NWRA.
Vanessa has worked in a range of HR Leadership Roles during her 20 year career in corporate, with a proven track record of successfully designing and implementing employee experience processes globally. She has lived and worked in Ireland, South Africa, and recently moved to Seattle.
At the peak of her corporate career she was the Global Head of Talent Acquisition Strategy at The Hertz Corporation and more recently as the Director of Human Resources in the Aviation Industry. Vanessa has led many transformations across a broad spectrum of business challenges including business restructures, process improvements and cultural transformation programs. She led the centralization of recruitment services at The Hertz Corporation by creating two recruitment centres of expertise in Park Ridge, New Jersey and Dublin Ireland. Her role was to lead the creation of one global recruitment & onboarding process, ATS and ensure best practice was consistently applied across all their corporate countries in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia.
